1. Platform scope
AqarTurn provides tools to list, discover and compare resale properties and to send inquiries. It is not the owner or developer of listed properties and does not replace the developer, transaction intermediary or competent authority.
2. Accounts and eligibility
Provide accurate, current information and keep your password confidential. Each account is responsible for activity through it. Access may be suspended when misuse is suspected; you may contact us to resolve the issue.
3. Listings and documents
You confirm the accuracy of property, price, payment, delivery and transfer details, and that you may upload the photos and documents. Do not submit another person’s document without authorization, misleading or expired information, or content that violates another party’s rights.
4. Review and display
We may review a listing, request supporting information, delay publication, change its classification, reject it or remove content that breaches these terms. Review indicators describe only what our team checked; they do not guarantee title, every detail, developer approval or a financial outcome. Private documents are not displayed to visitors.
5. Negotiation and transfer
Any agreement, payment, reservation or assignment is between the parties and subject to the documents, developer conditions and competent authority. Verify identities, authority, contract, payment schedule and fees before committing; seek independent professional advice when needed. AqarTurn does not receive the property price or transfer ownership or contract on anyone’s behalf.
6. Prices and fees
Contract and payment amounts are presented from submitted documents and must be verified before deciding. The seller is not charged a platform commission. The buyer pays the commission calculated on the full contract value; the applicable rate and amount are disclosed before confirming the transaction. No additional fee is charged without prior disclosure.
7. Acceptable use
Do not use the platform to impersonate others, submit unauthorized information or files, disrupt the service, or access an account or document without permission. Use listing information only to contact its owner about that property.
8. Content and privacy
You retain ownership of the content you submit. You give AqarTurn limited permission to display listing information and photos, operate the service and review submissions in line with your choices and our Privacy Policy. Contracts and receipts are not public materials.
9. Availability and updates
Features may change or become temporarily unavailable for maintenance or operational reasons. We may update these terms and show the latest revision date above. Continued account use after an update indicates that you have seen it, subject to any additional consent required by law.

For questions or account and data requests, use our Contact page. The laws in force in the Arab Republic of Egypt apply to use of the platform, without limiting rights that cannot be waived.
